Is the free plan really free?
Yes, on live stores, forever. It includes gift messages and one wrap style. Pro and Plus start with a free trial, and Shopify bills them. You can cancel any time.
Where do I see the gift message?
On the order in Shopify admin, under Additional details, next to the wrap style and gift receipt choice. Per-item messages sit on the item.
Does it work with my theme?
It works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and the other free Shopify themes, on the cart page and in slide-out cart drawers. You turn it on in the theme editor, no code.
Will the gift wrap product show up in my store?
No. It's Unlisted, so it's hidden from search, collections, recommendations and search engines. Shoppers only see it in their cart.
What happens if I uninstall?
The theme blocks disappear on their own because Wrapwell never edits theme code. Use Settings → Remove from store first to delete the Gift wrap product too.
Do you store my customers' data?
No. Gift messages go straight into Shopify with the order. Wrapwell doesn't read or keep them.
